In case your plan does not satisfy the incoming customer requirement. strategy 10 does not consider the excess demand. strategy 40 considers the excess demand & plans for the same. hope this helps.

If the car can be started hot with 10W-30, it can be started cold in weather above 60 F with 5W-30 oil in it. Thus 5W-30 oil is fine for any temperature. There is no mention of synthetic oil at all in the FSM for 1997 E/K bodies.
